new discovery..
yeah.. had a real shiok climbing session at yishun safra on SAT noon.. under the scorching sun.. half climbing.. half cooking ur hands on the burning tiles.. resulting in two 5-cent-coin-size blisters (burst n skin almost off.. b4 i even i realise i got blisters).. but THAT is not the main part..
climbing for so long.. i always been told that it is an anaerobic sports.. but on sat.. i was panting n panting.. during the climb.. after the climb n after belaying our dear fren.. not complaining.. but for his every move i have to do the set of belay steps TWICE.. while usually a half set was enough.. thks to his long legs n hands.. ..
was it aerobic all along but i dun realised or was it the age ting??.. n over the long weekend.. the word MID-twenties have left mi FOREVER.. *sad*
