well i guess education is good.. it'll probabaly reduce fraud cases.. hopefully.. in hope of building a more peaceful world.. (haha.. k.. i'm jus crapping coz i'm bored at work today)..

well in case you dunno.. this is for real.. jus came across a chq case..

you guys ever wonder why u cancel the word 'Bearer' on the chq.. well it says it all.. the person (any person) who holds that piece of paper can have the $.. Regardless of who the payee's name is on the chq.. but becoz the chq is crossed for a/c payee only.. the holder of the chg can only bank it to AN account (any account).. so.. there is a record of who takes the money.. n i'm jus wondering when the Payer reports the case to police(which they say they r goning to).. i wonder if the person will get into trouble?
